• **Technology Outsourcing Services:** Provision of technical personnel on a dedicated or project basis.
• **Internet Operation Solutions:** Cloud hosting, system maintenance, and digital operation support.

Note: Specific details, fees, and termination clauses are governed by a separate, specific **Service Agreement (Contract)**.

2.2. Intellectual Property (IP) and Confidentiality

All content on our website remains the exclusive property of Ark Horizon Technology.

Unless otherwise stipulated in the Service Agreement, IP Rights for custom deliverables are transferred to the Client upon full payment.

Both the Company and the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the provision of Services.

2.3. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific Service in question during the **six (6) months** immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business interruption).

2.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the **Hong Kong Special Administrative Region**. Both parties agree that the courts of **Hong Kong** shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
